How experienced are your craftsmen?
All of the work on your pieces will be done by myself (Leif) or by an approved experienced artisan and overseen by me. I have restored thousands of pieces for nearly a decade and have extremely high quality standards.

What Types of pieces do you work on?
My core work is on high-end collectible design. I will take on certain Antique and Modern Pieces as well.

What Restoration Services do you offer?
Refinishing is my specialty, this applies to most all surface types, I also offer structural repairs, metal work and basic reupholstery (i.e. dining chair seats / backs).

Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
Yes, I’m offering this as an all-in-one premium service to make this as easy and stress-free as possible for you.Â
We will handle arranging pick up and delivery.Â
All I need from you is to have someone meet the shipper at your residence when they are scheduled to pick up and deliver your piece(s).

How long does this process usually take?
Most of the time variance is dependent upon where you live and how soon the shipper can pick up and deliver to your location based on their route schedule. Â
For most of the Contiguous U.S. - you can expect somewhere between 6-10 weeks from start to finish.
How does payment work?
Once a quote has been approved by you, we will send you an official invoice to your email which can easily be paid online. Â
I require a minimum of 50% payment up front. The remaining 50% of payment is due once the piece has been finished in our shop, photos have been sent to you for approval and before we ship the piece(s) back to your location. Â
As soon as full payment is complete, your piece(s) get scheduled to ship out.

What if I’m not sure what finish I want on the piece?
I will happily make a recommendation on what finish to use based on the piece and its use case in your space.

Are your services insured?
Yes, the pieces will be covered by insurance from the moment they get picked up from your location, to when they get delivered back to your location.

What if I’m not satisfied with the restoration?
There’s two things I do intentionally to ensure your satisfaction:
1. I am incredibly detail oriented with every piece that comes through my hands and don’t send out pieces unless they meet my very high standards. (Read all my reviews on any online platform)
2. I incorporated a photo approval step in the process so that you can see your piece(s) through photos online before I send them out for delivery.
If for some reason, there are any surprises at delivery, please contact me. I only want satisfied customers at the end of the day.
